Lost and found at the Dolfinarium

Valuable or not, it’s a relieve when your lost items are found. Did you lose something or did you just find something? You can read how it works at the Dolfinarium below.

I lost something, what do I do?

There is always a chance of losing something during your visit to the Dolfinarium. We will keep this for you at the reception desk of our park. Did you only find out you lost something when you got home? No need to panic. You can check all found items from your own home on iLost.

Good to know: we destroy individual bank cards, credit cards and healthcare cards at the end of the day, so these do not appear on iLost. We do this to prevent fraud. Have you lost one of these cards? Then make sure you walk past reception before you leave our park. We send identity cards to the municipality of Harderwijk and OV chip cards to the OV chip card customer service department.

I found something, what do I do?

Hi, detective! It’s great that you’ve found something. The found item could be very valuable to someone. Are you sure the object was lost by someone and they’re nowhere to be found? Then take it directly to the reception desk of our park. We will make sure it gets back to its rightful owner!
