There are different types of entrance tickets to the Dolfinarium.

Have you bought an undated ticket or a dated ticket? Look at your type of entrance ticket for the correct explanation.

You have purchased an udated ticket (a ticket without a specific visit date) via the Dolfinarium website. The next step will be to reserve a date for your visit. Please follow these steps:

 

  • Click on ‘Reserve your ticket here’.
  • Book your desired date of visit and the number of people for whom you are booking.
  • Click on ‘pay’ and complete your order.

You will need to bring your reservation ticket together with your original ticket to the park.

Access to the park is not possible without both proofs.

 

Check the dates of your tickets carefully before finalizing the reservation, it is not possible to change the dates later!

I bought a ticket for Dolfinarium via a partner of Dolfinarium (via Vakantieveilingen or via Social Deal)

You bought a ticket through a partner of the Dolfinarium. This is an undated ticket. Next step will be to reserve a date for your ticket (which does not yet have a specific visit date). Please follow below mentioned steps:

  • Click on ‘Reserve your ticket here’.
  • Book your desired date of visit and the number of people for whom you are booking.
  • Click on ‘pay’ and complete your order.

You must bring your reservation ticket together with your original ticket to the park.
